Sean Donish Qureshi received his B.A. from The University of Texas at Dallas in Finance, and minored in hospitality management. Through his course work, he was able to study the application and theory of both the investment and operating aspects of the hospitality industry. This exposure drove Sean’s passion to learn the depths of the hospitality business and master his craft with hotel management for 10+ years.
Prior to owning his properties, Sean worked in almost every position as a hotel staff. This hands-on experience was extremely crucial and relevant when working with both corporate operating hotels and privately owned hotels, and knowing the tools and tactics to help generate successful returns.
Upon working for large hotels on the administration side, Sean started to invest in hotels and manage them with his own team. Sean has previously held properties in Texas and Louisiana with occupancies totaling over 100.
After investing and owning his own properties, Sean now specializes in hotel renovations, increasing revenue & performance, employee satisfaction, and above all providing exceptional quality service for hotel guests.
Sean currently is active in operating properties, and is always looking for an opportunity to network and help others in their journey of successful hospitality management.
